Flickle #204 (02/11/2022) – What Was It?

The following contains spoilers for today’s Flickle.

A punk-dressed receptionist (Emily Perkins) hands a form on clipboard over a desk – she says ‘I need you to fill these out both sides and don’t skip the hairy details; we need to know about every score and every sore.’ A wide shot of a snowy suburban street as on-screen animated text reads ‘WINTER’ and a background song sings ‘I’m stickin’ with you.’ A pregnant teenager walks a high school hall, receiving glares and stares from peers. Someone obscured by frosted glass knocks at the door of a fancy house while a man jogs downstairs to answer. The same man (Jason Bateman) now in close-up says ‘I know we’re prepared I just wonder if I’m…ready.’ Finally, a closeup of a man (J.K. Simmons) saying ‘The best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are.’
