A man in a supermarket is ranting to someone about suitcases. An establishing shot of a 60s American gas station – narration talks about packages a Marina sends getting ‘smaller and smaller.’ In a high-end neighbourhood a woman is screaming, mostly at her onlooking neighbours, as a police car pulls in to her driveway. An exterior shot of a theatre, people celebrating its opening, followed by an interior of women lined up on a stage to audition. A man and woman (Joe Pesci, woman facing away from camera) sitting together, the woman kisses the man. A different man and woman (Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone) sitting in a lounge, the woman has just finished saying something to which the narration responds ‘that was all bullshit, she just pocketed the cash.’
