Framed #236 (02/11/2022) – What Was It?

The following contains spoilers for today’s Framed.

An establishing shot of the outside of a busy and snowy train station. Two levels of a building – the lower filled by the bustle of people, the upper sparse and focused on a man in grey-blue uniform and cap. An extreme close-up of a hand working with small metal gears and related parts. A humanoid silver robot with full head and hands but segmented torso and arms. An older man (Ben Kingsley) at a desk flipping through a book across from a boy facing away from camera, the background decorated with variety of trinkets. The same boy (Asa Butterfield) as previous shot (now facing camera) and a girl (Chloë Grace Moretz) look in wonder at the robot mentioned previously.
